REHABILITATION THAT MEETS
THE PATIENT WHERE THEY ARE.

A recovery plan may involve more than one system. NeuroGuide AI organizes assigned activities into a clear daily experience so patients can focus on the work—not on figuring out what comes next.

COGNITIVE

Memory and thinking

Guided tasks can support attention, recall, sequencing, orientation, and controlled cognitive effort within the assigned plan.

VESTIBULAR

Balance and gaze

Timed activities such as visual fixation help patients practice tolerable, repeatable movement and gaze-control work.

VISION / CONVERGENCE

Focus and coordination

Near-card and single-letter focus activities provide a structured way to complete assigned visual coordination exercises.

AND FAMILIES
NEED TO KNOW.

Clear answers about how NeuroGuide AI supports a clinician-directed recovery plan.

Is NeuroGuide AI a replacement for my clinician?

No. NeuroGuide AI supports clinician-directed rehabilitation by delivering the assigned home program in a clear daily format. Medical decisions and changes to the plan should come from the treating professional.

How long does a daily session take?

The example plan shown in the app uses a 15-minute daily goal. Actual exercise length, number of activities, and plan duration may vary based on what the clinic assigns.

What kinds of exercises can be assigned?

The current experience displays cognitive or memory work, vestibular activities such as seated visual fixation, and vision or convergence exercises such as near-card focus.

What if an exercise increases my symptoms?

Stop or pause the activity and follow the instructions provided by your clinic. Use the Contact Clinic pathway when you have questions or when symptoms respond differently than expected. Seek urgent medical care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.

Can a family member help with the session?

A caregiver may be able to help with setup, pacing, and following the assigned instructions. Questions about supervision or exercise technique should be directed to the clinic.

Do I need special equipment?

Requirements depend on the assigned exercise. Review the instructions shown before beginning and confirm any equipment needs with the clinic.
